Join us for a journey into the Geyser and Hot Springs
region of Yellowstone National Park. Tours depart at
8:30 am, in town pickups start at 8:00 am. Your tour
follows the thermally influenced Madison River for
fourteen (14) miles. Wildlife abounds along this river
that never freezes. Herds of Bison & Elk along with
Eagles and Trumpeter Swans are in abundance. Predators
like Coyotes, wolves and other are actively plying their
trade during this season of survival. The animals are
close at hand and dossal in nature. We pause at the
Madison Warming Hut with fellow travelers then continue
our tour along another warm river called the Firehole.
The Firehole River flows through five (5) Geyser Basins.
We visit the Lower Geyser Basin (Fountain Paint Pots)
and make numerous stops for photography and short walks
over the course of the next sixteen (16) miles. Herds of
wildlife, spectacular geysers and colorful hot springs
may be viewed in all directions. We arrive in the Old
Faithful Area (Upper Geyser Basin) for lunch and the
traditional viewing of Yellowstone’s most famous geyser
“Old Faithful”, which erupts approximately every ninety
three (93) minutes. On our return trip from this thermal
wonderland we seek out additional photography
opportunities, animal viewing and special sites only
